Tasks
- Work as part of a team to assemble products or components of products.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Make on-the-spot decisions regarding the product quality.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Experience as an assembly line worker or similar role.
- Good understanding of factory standards and safety measures.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
