Tasks
- Monitoring product and equipment for defects or contamination.
- Placing frozen and refrigerated food components on a moving assembly line.
- Placing assembled products into various cartons or containers for shipment.
- Rotating through various workstations throughout the day, as assigned.
- Adhering to all safety requirements including but not limited to wearing required PPE (earplugs, bump caps), performing required stretches, rotating to all position throughout the line, and working at a designated pace.
- Adhering to all food safety requirement including but not limited to handwashing, wearing required PPE (hairnets, beard nets, smocks), and following Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift 20 lbs occasionally and hold 5 lbs regularly.
- Able to work in cold environments (30-40°F) and stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, pull, and perform repetitive motions of the shoulders, arms, and hands, with up to 50 repetitions per minute.
